About Pralin Bakehouse
Pralin Bakehouse is a micro-bakery run out of my house in the San Francisco Russian Hill neighborhood, offering small-batch, handmade pastries, pies, and special occasion cakes. I’m Loïc and I’m the baker. I learned to cook at a very young age with my grandma in the South of France.
I have been always passionate about baking. I have started baking when I was a kid and I have never stopped since.
I was good at science so I studied engineering, but I had always kept in my mind that one day I will become a baker.
After 10 years working in tech, I thought it was finally time for me to follow my dream. That's why I have started Pralin Bakehouse.
I sell authentic and creative French-inspired baked goods, with organic and locally sourced ingredients. I try to bring products that people have not seen in other bakeries in San Francisco yet.
I use only top quality organic ingredients and I try to source them as local as possible.

I have a cottage food permit that means I bake in my own kitchen (California Homemade Food Act (AB1616)).
