This is the second version of the Galette, enjoyed in the South of France, a billowy brioche crown, flavored with orange blossom and topped with candied citrus and oranges. 


Hidden inside the Galette des Rois is a small trinket (called a fève), and whoever discovers this inside their slice is crowned king or queen for the day (you will receive the galette with a paper crown).



Brioche (organic all-purpose flour, organic milk, organic butter, organic sugar, organic egg yolk, sourdough starter (organic flour, water), dry yeast, sea salt, orange blossom water, organic citrus zest)
